Our Story

ans de passion
An oyster farmer in Port-Leucate for over 20 years, Martine carries on a traditional working method at her oyster farm located on the banks of the river, offering an exceptional view over the widest part of the lagoon. On 1 hectare of beds, she produces around 2 tonnes of Pacific oysters per year, combining ancestral know-how with a love of the Mediterranean.
